Island hopping from Korcula

Yesterday was a stunning sun filled day here in Korcula – this was lucky for us as we had organised a small boat trip, below are some photos from our day.  It was my first visit to the islands of Stupe & Badija, both were great stopping points on our day trip, we took advantage of the grill on Stupe to cook our lunch and played Boule on Badija before taking a short swim.

It really was a well timed and very relaxing day & I agree that we are very lucky to be surrounded by the sea – makes me feel at home and brings some peace to my mind/heart.

Wow! Nice. Am going to google boule – it looks like a good, casual sport that wouldn’t interfere with a cold beer, lol….

Tthanks and yes exactly the casual sport to enjoy with a cold beer – I left the beers out of this photo!
Boule also known as Petanque in France – excuse spelling am sure is wrong 😉
